You will be called the One Who Makes City Streets Like New Again.” Isaiah 58:12 We envision a community of broken people being restored and raised up by God’s saving grace for all generations. Mission The mission of Grace and Peace Community is to bring restoration to the Northwest side of Chicago by actively living out God’s Word until His glorious return. Core Values The following core values are central to who we are and how we live out our Christian lives, both corporately and individually. Evangelism: We believe that the only way to transform a community of non-believers is through the message of salvation through faith in Jesus. Discipleship: We believe that the teaching and preaching is to be built upon the true and infallible Word of God, which has the power to make every believer more like Jesus Worship: We believe that God is worshipped and glorified when we freely give Him our time, our talents, and our treasure. Ministry: We believe in serving the Lord by caring for our community - believers and non-believers - and we seek to do all things in excellence. Fellowship: We believe in cultivating loving relationships, enjoying quality time, and being together as the family of God.
